Perfect in every way — and I don’t even own a pet
After the disappointing purchase of a cart for 1/4 the price of this pet stroller, I decided to put it out with the trash and invest in this instead. It was a great decision. I’m pleased, even enthusiastic, about this purchase. It’s worth every penny.I don’t jog and I don’t have a pet, but I needed a way to get groceries home from the store. This stroller is the perfect solution. . There’s lots of room for those groceries and it easily goes smoothly wherever you aim it. It’s also a breeze to get over bumps or uneven pavement, gravel, and grass. Very little energy (almost none) is needed to push the stroller. When you stop strolling, you can apply the brake with the simple lift of a bar via your foot. The first cart I bought was a nightmare, but this one is a dream. I highly recommend it.IMPORTANT: my-son -in-law put the stroller together quickly and problem-free. I mentioned to him that some buyers said the wheels fell off. He said he thinks he knows why. You can think the wheels are attached before they actually are. You have to push them in place until you hear a click that lets you know they’re locked in place.

Best stroller for two small dogs
I have two small dogs, one is a 14 yr. old apple head chihuahua that weighs 7lbs and my second dog is a chi/terrier mix that weighs 18lbs. Both fit in this stroller with plenty of room to maybe add another small dog. The stroller is a little bulkier and does not fit completely in our Kona Hyundai, but if you take off the rear axel wheels, the trunk closes. My friends asked me why I purchase such an expensive stroller and my response is that we love to do outdoor activities like food truck parties and block parties. The problem we were having is that with two small dogs, people would not make room for them and a few occasions they almost got stepped on. So before I punch someone in the face for harming my babies, I bought this item as a good investment. We are waiting to try it out at a future event, but we used it this weekend and it was amazing. My bigger furbaby needs to get used to being in a stroller, but my smallest dog is a pro and has already picked her spot to people/dog watch.

very nice…..But
HPZ Pet Rover Run stroller looks very nice and for the most part is……It handles well, is light, great suspension and support and very comfortable and stable for 2 dogs with a total weight of 42 Lbs. Now here is the BUT. Some things on or about the jogger are just plan cheap and not expected on a jogger of this price. The braking system is old and outdated and a jogger at this price should have a hand brake. The tire pump that comes with this jogger is almost worthless and the front basket lowering system with a lock is poorly designed for this price point. Since the best of the best Golf push carts sell for $350 and a nice bike can be purchased for $400. I really expected more out of this. That said, it was probably the best one I could find online for the money and I didn’t feel like shelling out $800 to $1,000 at REI for one with a hand brake.

Wheels stopped locking
Update: After posting my review, I was advised to call customer service rather than contact them via email. The warranty covers wheel replacement for three years. The customer service person is sending two new rear wheels for the cost of $29.95. I appreciate that the wheels are being replaced, but if this is a known design issue, then any form of payment should not be required.Original review: With less than a year of use, the rear tires stopped locking in place. I contacted the manufacturer, but they have not responded. Given the cost of this stroller, one expects it to last for at least two years. The wheels fell off while I was walking my dogs on smooth terrain, I managed to keep it from tipping. However, I injured myself. I purchased what I thought was a quality stroller to keep my elderly dogs safe and happy. Furthermore, I have a painful connective tissue syndrome, Ehlers Danlos, since the HPZ stroller has a shock absorption system, I thought the expense of the stroller was reasonable. It is disappointing that the company does not back their product. The old adage, one gets what one pays for, not in this case. Do not waste your money.

Expensive to Have This Many Issues
Issues:Plastic protective wrap around aluminum tubing was placed before rivets installed by manufacturer; consequently, some plastic remains after tearing it away. Looks cheap.Instruction manual severely crumpled making reading the 4-point font challenging. Almost used the labs electronic digital microscope to read except the manual would not lay flat.Side release buckles for canopy locks are considerably hard to open. Needed to use vice grips (gently) to undo buckles. I could stroll down to sporting goods outlet and buy much better buckles for very little. Why go cheap when you are charging us this much?Cup holder is small. Fits bottled water but not most insulated cups.Manual page 6 item 3 – poor diagram of rear axle. Looks like a small hand-sized piece when it actually is a long item.Wishing this had solid rubber tires.Expensive for what you get.

4 months and 2 problems
This is a nice product but parts are still cheap. 400 dollars for a stroller, I make sure I take care of the purchase I made. The canopy ripped at the seams and the brake broke. I live on a lake and the walking path next to the lake , I put the brake down and the turned away and the stroller with my dog in it rolled down to the lake and I caught it before it went into the lake. I called the supplier directly and they are mailing the new parts out and i have to replace it myself. I called amazon and they are great. They said just return the item and they will credit it. Nice looking product but still parts are cheap on it for 400 dollars.

Good, not great
This stroller is large and sturdy with large air-filled tires, an adjustable handlebar and two heavy-duty tethers in the cabin. The front drops down so my Cavi can watch for geckos and squirrels, and the canopy folds back. It’s easy to push and stays straight when pulled by holding onto the canopy when my dog is walking/running. There’s adequate under-cabin storage, but the outer storage pockets are almost worthless. The pouches are too snug to easily put anything in them, and the cupholder flips when a water bottle is put in it. It even flips holding my towel. I had to “MacGyver” my own cupholder and cell phone pouch. Overall, a nice stroller but could use a couple of design improvements.

Works Great in Deep Sand! This is a very good quality carriage
The media could not be loaded.
It has great storage, fun to use, easy to set up, works in deep sand(see my video), and now I can finally take my old dog on any walk I have! It’s great because I don’t need a backpack anymore because I can store all my hiking stuff under the stroller!

Even Better Than Expected
This stroller is fantastic – easy to set up! Smooth ride. Easy to walk by its side or behind. My 12 week old puppy has loved it. The ties with clips are great – catch her if she tries to jump out. I do 3-6 miles a day – no way she can do that, but she’s loves to see new places and meet new people. Easy to carry water, toys, poop bags, etc. also easy to collapse for transport to new trails.

THE ROLLS ROYCE OF STROLLERS
We absolutely love this stroller!I have had my eye on it for 3 years and finally broke down and purchased it as a Christmas gift for my baby. For the price it does not disappoint – it is sturdy, smooth, lots of compartments, spacious and looks really luxurious and chic!It is much larger than I anticipated (my baby is 5lbs) and I had to watch the assembly video on YouTube a couple of times but that’s no biggie. You definitely need an SUV to put it in your trunk, it will not fit in a sports car trunk at all. It is also a bit of a workout to push which is a good thing for me.The cup holder can only hold a regular water bottle and tilts while walking so I wouldn’t rely on it while jogging. And the liners are not plus or anything so we added a bed inside for her comfort and so she can see out of the front. The mesh cover also does not retract like our other stroller so you can only roll up the window for them to see out of.But my baby loves it and lays in it if it’s collapsed by the door in the house LOLHope this helps you make your decision if you’re on the fence.Worth the $$$!

Very helpful but could use better quality on some parts for the price
Bought this for our aging dog who gets tired on walks while her brother wants to keep going. It’s been great to just scoop her into the stroller and keep going. Definitely feels freeing and I think I’ve forgotten what a real brisk walk feels like lol. I can lift this into the back of my truck but it is definitely big. Haven’t figured out the best place to store it at home but it fits through our narrow doorways at least. I bought a hanging baby pouch thing to add easy organization and for larger cupholders. It’s been nice to bring my morning coffee with on a walk! I did not install the cup holder that came with the stroller and it is tiny. The stroller pushes very smooth and the strap for your wrist is helpful when going downhill. The pads it came with are waterproof but very thin. I’ve added some Sherpa pads we had to give my dog more comfort. I also bought a USB-chargeable baby stroller fan with bendable arms that I can use in our hot climate to keep her cool. The main issue we’ve had is with the snaps on the front part of the basket. They don’t seem to like to stay snapped and the fabric gets pulled off some exposing the foam padding underneath. Our dog is under 30# so it isn’t an overload issue pulling at the fabric. The fabric used also isn’t as heavy duty as I would have expected so I hope it lasts for years for the price. One thing I wasn’t certain when deciding to buy this stroller was how the canopy/cover is attached. I was going it was really removable and it is not. It is fully attached. There are some brackets on the side that you are supposed to clip it into but you can opt not to and the cover can fold back more but then it isn’t really functional if you want to use it. The mesh cover does have an elastic and toggle button so that you can unzip the panel, roll it up and fasten it out of the way. You can use the clips at the front to latch the cover in place, although my cover seems really tight on the frame so it is a little difficult to get them clipped. My dog doesn’t try to actively get out so leaving them unclipped isn’t the worst thing.Overall I would purchase again, but for the cost I do feel the materials aren’t 100% up to snuff. If they had been I would have rated 5 stars. I also understand why they wrapped all the tubing in plastic but it’s a big pain to get it all off. Assembly was easy though. Just notice that the foot break only has one correct orientation for installation. One of my tires also came underinflated but not a big deal. I suggest giving your dog lots of treats near the stroller and let them just hang out in it stationary before you take off on a walk the moment you get it assembled. Also if you’re walking two dogs, watch out for getting a leash tangled in the larger wheels. My dog who wants to keep walking had to learn to steer clear of the front wheel.

Yes. Worth every penny!
The media could not be loaded.
Exceeded my expectations.Purchased for our senior arthritic Boston- frenchie mix. He loves going on adventures however can not keep up with our Boston and Staffie. But with this Bentley of a carriage nothing will hold him back.Pros:1. easy to maneuver. Took this out for a run with our staffie and the stroller handles beautifully2. Sturdy materials: Inside is waterproof, two tethers for security. Handle is padded and tires are filled with air.3. Brakes! Not just the back (pushed down and up single bar locking both back wheels). The front wheel also locks (stopping the swivel.Cons:1. Although super easy to fold down it is a bit bulky. I found that taking off the back two individual wheels this carriage folds down flatter when storing in trunk of vehicle.2. Shade cover could be larger ( meaning more shade material). I knew when purchasing our boy would most likely want to sit with the shade cover off… because of his breed we purchase a stroller fan to attach to the side and help keep him cool.3. Larger pockets. I will be purchasing a stroller arm handle caddie to hold my larger water tumbler and knick-knacksI should have bought this a long time ago. Although i loved carrying him halfway through our walks (eye roll) this has made his experience so much better.

This pet stroller is top of the line!
I love how easy and comfortable it is to push. The bigger wheels allow you to comfortably roll on grass and running down a road is nice and smooth for your pet. Doesn’t get too bumpy. The extra pockets are a plus and the inside is big enough for two small pets or 1 large pet. Only thing I would say is my puppy needs to know I’m there so she likes to look at me. It’s hard for her to see me because of The upper design when I put the canopy over. Yes I can pull it back or take it off so she can fully see me but she has jumped out of it so I sometimes need to keep it on and let her peer out of the middle section with the hole.

I wanted a Cadillac, but got a Subaru
It’s a nice cart, but not great. I paid more because I was looking for the “Cadillac” of carts. It is a little unsteady and tends to tip easy, the hood folds back in such a way that it interferes with holding the handle bar. Also the brake is located under the belly of the cart and is hard to set and even harder to release. The mat that comes with it is flimsy and scrunches up all of the time and the cup holder tips upside down when holding a drink. The good points are that it is roomy and the camo print looks super nice.

Amazing, we love it! Our dog does too!
Use for our senior dog so we can go on longer walks. We ave taken it on dirt and rock trails, grass, bumps and hills– it does great!! Smooth ride. Came with a small travel air pump, super handy. Love that it can collapse and lock, makes it easy to load. Opens in seconds. Feels safe and sturdy for our fur baby. We feel so happy to use this to bring our dog out to do more with us, and she even shares it with her friend if he gets tired too! Amazing storage, spot for phone, water, my gum and other items. We keep a blanket and umbrella in the storage area too. The handle adjustment is nice, and the leather grip is comfy. Would recommend to any pet parents wanting a quality investment.

Best on the market
I have had several dog walkers and jogger strollers but to date this is the only one that does not wobble at all, giving my dog and me a far more comfortable ride. Very smooth.Easy to put together. The only thing that is flawed is the water bottle holder. It works without a water bottle in it, but how an engineer never tested it when it was top heavy, with a water bottle in it, is beyond my comprehension. As soon as you put one in it and begin jogging, the bottle turns upside down and, at minimum, leaks out every drop of water, but at worse, the whole bottle just falls out because the holder is upside down. Poor thinking there. So I put my water in the pocket in the back.I also wish the cell phone holder was larger for those of us with the largest iphone in a case. It will hold it, but it is tight.Everything else is better than all the other joggers so I can live with those two things.

what to know
This is our third dog stroller. The first was inexpensive and worked ok (with a few drawbacks-small wheels) for many hundreds of miles. We replaced it with a Dogger stroller, which was well worth the extra cost and we would buy it again for sure. Since it was unavailable when we needed another one for a different location, we went for this stroller. It is very well built and sturdy and rolls amazingly. But it is heavy and unwieldy and not easy to put in your car, nor does it fold up very compactly, as opposed to the Dogger stroller which is easy to handle, load into your vehicle and folds pretty compactly. Overall, this is an excellent stroller, especially if you won’t be putting it in your vehicles and it will outlive your dog for sure.

Made Our Outing Enjoyable
Folds up mostly OK, the front wheel collapses over when folded so a bit cumbersome to get in and out of the vehicle. Frame is strong and well made but wish the front wheel yoke would have been a bit more robust. Howbeit, the stroller cruised over some pretty rough terrain with ease and was easy to maneuver around. Luna seemed to love it after she figured out it was for her.

Sturdy and Stable
Large wheels are great for maneuvering curbs and wonky sidewalks. Easy to put together. Wheels do not fall off as previous review claimed, and two screws are supplied to attach the canopy to the body. Read the instructions before you put it together and you can’t go wrong. My 10 pound chihuahua loves it but I will probably look around for a booster pad so he can sit a bit higher enabling him to get a better view.

best way to walk things, anything, anywhere.
this has changed for me from a way to get things from the store to a way to camp with lots of gear. the front wheel often struggles but its only a temporary annoyance. it would be nice if I could lock it into a straight position until I needed maximum maneuverability.

I bought this for my 16 year old lil dog. I loved it. It is so so so nice. Probably why they call it the Rover. Unfortunately my lil dog is so old and got so scared on walks. I’m super grateful that I was allowed to return it. Thank you for that.

Boston Terrier is a queen in her rover
Had concerns about my 10 year old Boston Terrier staying seated in the rover. Rover loves her rover. Not only does she look like a queen riding in it, but she has a minion pushing her everywhere in our outdoor adventures. We let her out to walk and do her business and when she gets tired she wants back in the rover. Best money I have spent on Queen Buttercup and hopefully gives her more time in nature in her final years.

Very Heavy – Difficult to Assemble – Difficult to Fold
Product arrived in a timely manner. MUCH HEAVIER than advertised. Due to box dimensions and weight, struggled to remove from box and packaging. Thereafter, unfolded somewhat easily – meaning no need to push button or use fold ‘lock/unlock’ (with embedded parts in pet compartment/carrier). After which – virtually impossible to assemble. many parts, poor written and visual instructions. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to unfold and re-box. Again, instructions insufficient and unusable. Could no get it back into the box so had to return it to UPS box first, then several trips to car to bring all parts into the UPS store. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a light weight, easy to assemble and transport AND anyone who is easily frustrated with assembly.

THE BEST jogging pet stroller!
The media could not be loaded.
Finally a true Jogger!I’m in love with this stroller! It has a smooth ride with great shock absorption. I found myself commenting that everything included has a purpose and function that is served so well. There isn’t anything getting in the way! I’ve had experiences with other 3 wheeled “jogging” strollers which got in the way of my stride and kept up poorly. I was really disappointed. My boyfriend is six feet tall and he even finds the height to be really comfortable for his stride. This stroller has all the features I need in a jogging stroller including large wheels and foam padding all around the inside for the safety of my best riding companion!

Not compact for storing
Not sure if mine is defective but front wheel is broken. Also very clunky when you collapse and definitely is not compact as noted in description. When you lock it the bar gets scraped and it’s still awkward to pick up and put in trunk. The pump is a joke thank goodness I have a real bike pump. Does fit 2 dogs nicely. The steering is not good again because I think the front wheel is broken. Cannot find one single video of anyone collapsing the stroller and it being compact. The qrg code it came with to scan brings you to a completely different stroller. Not worth 400.00

2 Boston Terriers love it!
It’s great. We are able to place a cooling mat & fan on stroller. Great size for 30lbs & 15lbs Bostons. They love it. We purchased a place to put drinks. We go everywhere with the boys. Only thing. The right wheel tends to be tight. It veers to right side. Need to have someone look at it. Every time we collapse it. The side parts come undone and it has to be snapped back.

Im on the 50/50 limb.
Right off the bat….the unit is huge. I ended up purchasing a thick foam pad for the inside, I felt for the price the 2 pads they supplied could be a tad thicker then my cotton make up removal pads!! Hated the sticker that cant be removed from the top of the jogger. Who honestly wants to see that ever mile ! But, i haven’t been able to use this jogger yet, only gaze st it in my dining room….the el cheapo air pump that came with it BROKE ON THE FIRST PUMP of AIR. I have to wait until I can afford to buy an air pump…the $415. I paid for it rather ate my budget. So now we wait. I can’t say anything nice about it because I haven’t found anything nice to write about! Think before you INVEST!

Tire inflation mechanism both on the tire itself and on the inflation item do not fit. .
The tire inflator’s valve clip does not fit onto the tire air inlet plug. Therefore, the tires could not inflate, and the stroller is unusable. It appears that the tire’s inflate valve is also way too short to even allow attachment to the inflation item.

Oddly enough, my cats loved this stroller. I thought they would meow or try to get out. But the opposite happened. They were looking around, sniffing the air and standing. For realz. Top quality and fold / unfold. Our dog is a fat thrasher who broke another carrier on the first walk, ripped right through their cheap zippers. It’s great and my dog loves it. Easy to push and very stable. Only two things to be aware off. It’s heavy if you’re going to be getting it in and out of a car every day. And front wheel often doesn’t turn to side when folding and needs to be twisted manually. But It’s very well built and I’d definitely buy it again.

Easy to maneuver on all types of terrains.
Bought this so Gizmo and my Mom and I could hit all the local flea markets and farmer’s markets. We all love it!

Dog Stroller
Love this stroller! Was so worth the $. Goes anywhere! My only negative complaint and why I didn’t give it a perfect 5 stars is because of the smell…it smells like cigarettes which is very odd. Let it sit outside for days and the smell did not go away so I sprayed it with Febreze which has helped but I can still smell it which is a bummer.

Frenchie Pup Loves It
My 3 1/2 month old Frenchie loved the stroller. I got it just in time for walking as a spectator in a golf tournament. I thought the puppy would walk more than ride, but every time I put him down, he’d walk a minute and then run in front of the stroller until I put him back in. He slept comfortably. The shade works nicely BUT not sure how well ventilated it will be in the summers here in the South. I will definitely be getting a fan for it. The stroller was super easy to snap together. It maneuvers very easily. We jogged a bit to catch up to the cart and it was easy to handle. Love that there are 2 liners for the basket. Pup had an accident right off the bat, so I just pulled it out and he had another clean one there. And the liquid beaded and didn’t absorb right away so you have time to shake it off too. Love that there is a nice size basket below that held my wallet, keys, snacks and a couple water bottles. It has zippered access on both sides. There’s a cell phone compartment on top of the shade and several other storage pockets. I read a lot of reviews before I ordered it and o honestly don’t know why a few people complained about quality. I think it’s pretty nice! Yea it’s not as nice as an actual baby stroller would be for $400, but still super nice! Would definitely recommend!

Arrived scuffed and damaged but feels sturdy when running
Update: Finally went on a run with this and it was great. Felt sturdy and looks like it will hold up well to my runs. Pups were secure and enjoyed the run with me.Original Review:It came scuffed on the exterior metal frame (see photo) along with other scuff marks which is unfortunate. For the price you’re paying for a dog stroller, I feel the craftsmanship is lacking a bit which is a bummer because I like the stroller. It looks really cool and I like the features it has.The canopy attaches via two plastic parts which I hope are strong enough to last because once those break, your stroller pretty much becomes obsolete.I have yet to run with it but once I do, I’ll make sure to update my review. Again, I like the stroller but for the price, it really should be made better and not come scuffed up (which worries me about the longevity of this stroller)

This is a nice stroller but the cost is a bit too high
The stroller is nice and will hold my 2 small dogs with room to spare. -19 pounds and 12 pounds (growing puppy)I do not understand why the cost is so elevated. When comparing to infant stroller the quality vs cost made it hard to choose which one to go with. We decided on this one due to it having the netting to help keep bugs away and it was more roomy than the infant bassinet style which we needed due to the 2 dogs. The jogging wheels are nice and helpful when going off the road.It is large and does not fold down very small. It takes up half of the trunk space in my 4Runner while collapsed. I can not imagine trying to get it into a small car or the space it would take up if I attempted to store it in the house or shed. For those living in areas that are not friendly to pedestrians.. we drape a blanket over the stroller and driver assume there is an infant in the stroller so they move to the other lane or slow down to allow us time to get to the side of the road. If you struggle with cars almost hitting you this stroller passes as an infant stroller so drivers are more careful.

Pet stroller
I bought the stroller used it for an event. After using stroller same day I took the stroller out and use again and the clip broke on the right side so only the clip on the left handle works which holds the stroller open. Just after 1st use. Not happy at all.

It will change your world
Love this. So happy with all the features. I have two tiny Pomeranians, that fit perfectly in this. With plenty of room to spare. Maybe I’ll get more pups, for the extra space – lol.It has tremendously changed my walk. I can walk at a rapid pace and let them out at the park or any destination. You all know how the pups want to smell every blade of grass and it’s walk two steps, stop and sniff, walk two steps, stop and sniff. So we’re all happy now. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

STURDY, EASY TO ASSEMBLE, PLENTY OF STORAGE, WELL MADE
I bought this stroller for my dog Oreo. Our neighborhood has too many dogs and whenever we walk her she is always shown aggression by the other dogs and subsequently causing her not to trust any dogs. We now take her to the park and she has wide open spaces to herself but on days we cannot stay long or if its a nice day and we want to walk we put her in the stroller and zip it up partially and she can enjoy the walk without fear. There are many compartments which hold water bottle, keys, wallet, treats, etc. This is the best made stroller and I would feel safe putting a baby in it is far better than most strollers for children.

UPDATE* TIPS OVER
I called the company and apparently they send replacement tires for free for life. So I got a replacement tire but shipping was $29. So if you order a replacement, get all 3!I really like this stroller but the front wheel should rotate more easily. And the stroller tips to the side way too easily. My dogs are 30lbs and 15lbs and when the front wheel sticks it tips to the side of the heavier dog. For all terrain, It should be more balanced!! Upgrading review to 3 stars from 2.ORIGINAL:I LOVE this stroller for my 2 geriatric dogs but one of the rear tires was flat on arrival and will not hold air. I contacted the company and will update my review based on their response!
