    My horse absolutely loves them

I try not to give her sugary treats because of her PPID. She loves these. My only complaint is that they don’t ship well and much of the contents crumbles to powder on the trip.

Horses, ponies, and donkeys all love ’em

All of our animals love these snacks. One night our mini donkey broke out of his stall and busted open a whole bag of these. He approves.

    vet recommended

My vet used these at my appointment and recommended them for all horses. Great for training or horses that need a low sugar diet. They are small pieces, smaller than a baby carrot

They arrived in tiny pieces, with crushed powder. I thought they would be larger pieces like the picture

    Delish

These smell amazing! My horse has cushings which makes him prone to developing insulin resistance so I appreciate the low sugar part. One star off because the bag had a small crack in it, right over the clear heart toward the bottom of the bag

Smells good, picky horse liked them

Smells great and my mare loves them. The comments about mold made me nervous but I didn’t have any issues. The bag is nice and big. I was scared my horse wouldn’t like them since she can be picky but surprisingly she took well to them! Great for when you’re trying to cut down on sugar/starch but still want to give treats

HORSE AND PONY LOVE THEM, MAMA PONY STILL NOT SURE…

GOOD SNACK FOR IR AND PPID laminitic ponies. Good for reducing sugar in their diets.Mama 20 yr. old Shetland now hand shy due to daily hand-fed med, still doesn’t trust these, while her 13 yr old baby gobbles them up. 24 yr. old OTTB loves them. I worry about the hardness on his aging teeth though… will soak them.

I bought this for my mini donkey but he will not eat it. But eats everything else treat wise. So I tried to give to the goats and they will not try it either lol next gonna try the chickens. I believe the beet smell gives it a weird smell maybe why idk

    Small Bites / Pellets

My girl needs to lose a little weight, so I started feeding her these training treats. She’s a mammoth donkey with a mammoth head and mouth. These treats are tiny and not as easy for her to take from me. I know her well enough to know she likes her big apple/oat treats better, but she doesn’t refuse these. If these were bigger bites rather than pellets, I would give them a bigger score. They are pellets.

    Choking hazard for older horses

My horse like the flavor but he became obstructed … when I fed these , he’s 21 and probably doesn’t chew very well but they are a choking risk … so a minimal snack became a 700 dollar vet bill but I think he might be ok

    Donkeys Didn’t Like It

At first they ate it with no problem, but then after a few times first one donkey and then the other refused to eat it! That is saying a lot because they love snacks! I had high hopes for this since it is low sugar but I guess they had other ideas! 😔

    Arrived in Powder Form

Smaller than pictured in product photos

I saw the reviews of them being small, but according to the product pictures, it seemed ok. Well believe the reviews. A bit disappointed. If I wanted tiny treats I would have ordered some I knew was already. I hope my horse will like them at least.

    Horse loves these!

Treats my horse won’t eat: sugar cubes, peppermints, apples (whole or sliced), watermelon rindsTreats he will eat: carrots and THESE SNAX!Seriously, he loves these. They’re small enough to use for positive reinforcement training, to keep in your pocket during a ride, or to use for “carrot stretches” if you don’t have carrots handy. Plus they’re low sugar so I don’t feel bad giving him a big handful to bribe him out of his pasture. I seriously loves these so much that he perks up when he hears the bag open. As a human, I like that the bag is re-sealable and they are easy to keep in my tack trunk so they’re always handy.

    Picky, Overweight Horse!

UPDATE: These treats have been great! My mare has successfully lost a ton of weight, all while still being able to have some training treats. The only thing I want to point out is that these treats “sweat” when hot. If I leave the bag in the sun for even just a few moments, they begin to create a humid air in their container. I have successfully been able to keep them from molding just by making sure they get air and keeping them out of the sun whenever possible. Other than that, they’re still great! 👍Had the vet tell me my morgan mare is overweight a couple days ago… Looked online for some low sugar options and bought these to try … I was very worried because the mare in question is happy to spit out any treats she doesn’t like… I was so praying she would like these and she did!!!! So happy!! I’m glad I have something to treat her with, despite being on a diet to prevent laminitis!!! Hoping all goes well!! 🙂

    The goats love me now.

The media could not be loaded.

We were having some issues with our goats being skidish of us. We just used these treats for a week one or two a day and they’re letting us pet them and love these treats best of all no gut health/poo issues with giving them a couple extra in a day either. They love them.

Good product, but too hard for older teeth

The ingredients of these cookies are great, and I love that they are low starch and sugar, as well as the small size of them. However, they are rock hard nuggets. Would be great for younger teeth, but not for my 30 years old Cushings horse.

    Horse Loves These Treats

My horse loves these treats! Their size is excellent for training purposes and for rewarding your horse. I specifically bought them for the low sugar content since my horse tends to gain weight in the summer. Their size makes the bag last and last, too. A great buy for your horse!

Horse Treat that every horse loves

I was looking for a treat that would not be too high in sugar, and semi-healthy. I have a 5-year-old gelding and want to make sure he doesn’t gain too much weight. He absolutely loves these treats and constantly tries to get his muzzle in my pocket to steal more. These treats are not too hard and I am able to break them between my fingers with ease. I have also given these treats to my horse’s pasture mates and they love them as well. If you’re looking for a crowd favorite with only a few good ingredients this is the treat for you. I will be buying more in the future.
